SpiritFOOD was created by Lisa Blundell (Vegetarian & Vegan Nutrition Consultant HH Dip (V.N.C)) on the 22nd of September, 2013.
SpiritFOOD is used for the purpose of giving nutrition & food advice, tips and recipes for people who aspire to follow a vegetarian and/or vegan diet and also for people who are curious about the vegan diet and lifestyle.
I (Lisa Blundell) am not a nutritionist or dietitian. I am able to give a certain amount of help to people who want advice on what foods etc to eat in their diet. If you’re not getting anything useful out of my advice, I strongly suggest you find your nearest nutrition expert (nutritionist or dietitian).
